• All meals are served buffet style.
• There are always snacks available in the goodie cabinet
• Various beverages are available full time, pop, teas, water, sparkling water…
• Alcohol
  • We serve two bottles of wine with dinner
  • Beer is served with numerous dinner meals
• Our meals run the gambit from soups, sandwiches, Mexican Night, Salmon, Halibut, Orange French Toast, and many other meals over your stay with us.
• There will be daily fresh cookies to nibble
• No food will be taken off vessel into the field. This is a safety issue.
• It is imperative that if you have special dietary needs such, as being allergic to certain foods, we know ASAP. All menus for the season are done in May and food orders put together. Once we leave our home port for the season, all food is flown into us. We cannot just run out to the grocery store for special items.
• Meal Times Vary!
  • Prince William Sound allows for pretty standard meal times
  • Katmai meal times vary throughout your stay. The high tides push the bears back into the brush. We have to view them at low tides or as the tides fall or rise. This timing conflicts with normal meal times.
  • Some breakfasts will be Continental with a brunch
  • Lunches sometimes are more mid-afternoon
  • Dinners can be late evening
• You will not go hungry, unfortunately most clients leave a bit heavier than when they arrived!
